DETAILS magazine 1991 rave article

I was going through my archives recently and found the following article in a copy of Details magazine from 1991. It's the very first article I read in the mainstream press about the emerging rave scene in Southern California. Written by the great Legs McNeil of "Please Kill Me" fame, the article features a very young Gary Richards, and covers the trials of throwing renegade, underground entertainment in the early 90s.
